The South London Football Network welcomes people from all over the community regardless of age, sex, race, religion, disability or gender. All we ask is that you respect the simple rules set out below and on the website.
A) You have sought medical advice to ensure your health is in a good state and there is no known or underlying problems which will prevent you from playing football.
B) You acknowledge that we will refuse to permit anyone from playing who is offensive, deceptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, or menacing, hateful, discriminatory or inflammatory or causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to any other player or official, on or off the pitch.
C) You agree to inform us if your plans change and you cannot make a game at your earliest opportunity.
D) You will agree to and accept that its your sole responsibility to bring & wear shin pads & other necessary & appropriate safety gear to all games & training sessions.
F) You agree to use the new01 discount code only once, as clearly stated clearly on the website for your first game. Any players caught using the new01 discount code more than once for the same player will be banned from the network.
G) You agree to pay London Football Network Ltd the advertised & requested fee to play in any specified training session, casual football session or match. You acknowledge that this fee can change at anytime due to overheads, inflation, VAT and other matters beyond our control.
H) You acknowledge that consistently cancelling, being late, starting trouble or not paying your subs will result in being terminated from our email list and consequently being banned from London Football Network Ltd events.
I) London Football Network Ltd will aim to provide a "first come, first serve" service. You acknowledge that once the teamsheets have been filled, you may need to request to play in another session, if you are refused due to all the spaces being taken.
J) London Football Network Ltd reserves the right to decide how many people or teams can play in any given game, training session or casual footballing event or tournament.
L) Anyone who makes a valid booking with the South London Football Network website is guaranteed to play at least one half in their chosen position. In the case of overbooking for a particular position, players will be asked to rotate at half time.
M) You agree & accept that you are not entitled to a refund after making a booking. You are also not entitled to change a booking.
N) You agree and accept that you are not entitled to a refund after purchasing any form of SLFN casual football or FC SLFN league football membership.
O) You can change a booking as long as you give us 8 hours notice. You will need to email info@SLFN.co.uk and request authorisation.
P) We reserve the right to cancel any SLFN membership or FC SLFN league registration due to lack of activity or misconduct. You agree and accept that there will be no refund given in such circumstances.
Q) We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on this website. Your continued use of the www.SLFN.co.uk service indicates your acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
R) If you subscribe to the MEGA MONTHLY pass or the WEEKDAY MONTHLY pass, you agree to pay a £5 cancellation charge if you decide not to play. You also agree to pay a £10 charge if you do not turn up and fail to inform us.
S) Any player who registers for league football, but does not show the necessary commitment, or performance, will be given 3 months VIP casual football to compensate them for their registration fee. This will allow you to keep playing football at a very cheap rate. The Casual football network is known as the FC SLFN 3rd team. The necessary commitment will be communicated by the coach to the players in any FC SLFN training session or at a league game.
T) If you book and do not turn up to a game and/or do not inform us, we reserve the right to block you from booking any further games and charge you a penalty fee of £20. Any players who have a monthly pass or unlimited football membership will have to pay for the game if they do not send an email to cancel within 24 hours.
U) You agree and accept that it is your responsibility as a player to book for a session. Once a session is full you agree and accept that others may have booked before you and you accept the first come first serve system that SLFN has in place.
V) Discount rates can change during the year. Our discounts are based on early booking,the time of year, output costs, and demand for players.
W) If you make payment, you agree and accept the following rules on 11 aside football team selection.
Players who book and attend midweek training will be given a 40% discount to book for the weekend league games. Players who do not book and attend training can also book but are not allowed to use the discount code. Any players who use the discount code without authorisation will be banned from the network permanently.
X) By booking with SLFN and making payment, you agree to pay any club fines that you may incur. You agree that you are also liable to, VAT, any addition admin charges and PayPal fees. You also agree that the club is also within it's rights to give you a fine on top if the offence is serious.
Y) Any player who plays without booking online or without authorisation will also be banned from the network permanently. We reserve the right to ban any players from the network who do not follow our guidelines. It is very important for players to pay the compete fee, as the network does need to be able to survive financially to provide this service.
Z) By making an online booking to play football with SLFN you understand and accept that it is your responsibility to make sure that you are happy with the safety of the pitch and the surrounding areas including dressing rooms. You also understand and accept that you are responsible for your own safety. You accept that SLFN cannot ensure that pitches are always in perfect condition due to one or more factors such as the weather and you are playing at your own risk. By making payment to the London Football Network LTD, and agreeing to play football with and for SLFN you agree NOT to hold the London Football Network LTD, the Directors and staff of the London Football Network LTD and the referees that facilitate the games in Casual and League football liable to any damages or any compensation for any injuries sustained.
Limitations of liability - You agree and accept the follow
(a) London Football Network Ltd will not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special loss or damage arising from you training with or playing football with or for London Football Network Ltd ;
(b) London Football Network Ltd will not be liable for any loss of profit, income, revenue, anticipated savings, contracts, business, goodwill, reputation, data, or information;
(c) London Football Network Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, medical costs or injury arising out of any event during a London Football Network Ltd training session, casual football session, tournament or game.
You accept that we have an interest in limiting the personal liability of our officers and employees. Having regard to that interest, you accept that we are a limited liability entity and agree that you will not bring any claim personally against individual officers or employees or against London Football Network Ltd , in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with London Football Network Ltd or at any sporting event organised or hosted by London Football Network Ltd .
(a) send you one or more formal warnings;
(b) temporarily suspend your access to London Football Network Ltd footballing events;
(c) Ban you altogether from all or any event.

By subscribing to all or part of publications of the London Football Network Limited, you consent to receive such publication(s) emails and texts that may include information in relation to products and services which the London Football Network Limited considers may be of interest to you.
