These terms of use govern the relationship between you and London Football Network Ltd. By utilising our website and participating in football activities with or for London Football Network Ltd, you fully accept these terms of use and our privacy policy. Additionally, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Should you disagree with any part of these terms of use, you must refrain from using our website or engaging in football activities with London Football Network Ltd. By making a payment to London Football Network Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

A) You confirm that either you or the person you are booking for is at least 18 years old. You further confirm that you, or the player you are booking for, are medically fit to participate in football activities and have no known or underlying physical or mental condition that could make participation unsafe. You acknowledge that you have sought appropriate medical advice regarding your fitness to play, or the player's fitness, and will immediately inform London Football Network Ltd (LFN) of any changes in health that may affect safe participation. LFN reserves the right to request proof of medical fitness if concerns arise.

B) You acknowledge that we reserve the right to deny participation to anyone displaying offensive, deceptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, or menacing behaviour. This includes actions that are hateful, discriminatory, or inflammatory or cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety to any other player or official, on or off the pitch.

C) You agree to inform us promptly if your plans change and you cannot attend a game after making a booking.

D) All services and activities are provided by The London Football Network Ltd (“the Company”). Directors, officers, and staff act as agents of the Company and are not personally responsible for the services provided. All legal correspondence should be directed to the Company’s registered office. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Company’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, as required by law

E) Football is a contact sport with inherent risks. Participants must wear appropriate protective safety gear, including mandatory shin pads and suitable footwear. LFN recommends additional protective equipment where appropriate. Participants who fail to wear mandatory safety gear may be refused participation. LFN provides services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits LFN’s liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence. LFN is not liable for injuries resulting from the inherent risks of football, participant misconduct, or failure to follow safety instructions.

F) Participants are responsible for performing appropriate warm-ups and stretches before each match or training session. LFN provides general guidance on safe preparation but does not provide medical advice. Injuries arising from improper warm-ups or stretches are generally the responsibility of the participant, except where such injury results from negligence by LFN or its staff.

G) Participants must disclose any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions that may affect safe participation. LFN shall not be liable for injuries arising solely from these pre-existing conditions, except where the injury is caused or worsened by negligence on the part of LFN, its staff, or facilitators

H) You acknowledge and consent to the use of cold and heat sprays by coaches during matches to treat minor injuries. By participating, you agree to release LFN and its coaches from liability related to the standard and proper application of such sprays in accordance with manufacturer instructions. You must inform LFN in writing of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to play. Save in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the facilitator, LFN shall not be liable for any adverse reactions to these treatments.

I) You agree to fully disclose in writing any pre-existing injuries, health conditions, or medical concerns, including but not limited to heart conditions, that may affect your participation in football activities with London Football Network Ltd (LFN). It is your responsibility to ensure that this information is provided to LFN before engaging in any activity. You must receive written confirmation from LFN acknowledging the receipt of this disclosure. Failure to disclose such information or receive confirmation may result in an inability to participate safely in the activity. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and will not hold LFN liable for any injuries or incidents arising from undisclosed conditions.

J) By making an online booking with LFN, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for exercising reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others on and around the pitch and surrounding areas, including dressing rooms. While LFN endeavours to select venues that are reasonably safe, you understand that LFN cannot guarantee pitch conditions due to factors such as weather, wear and tear, or the actions of third-party venue providers. You agree to visually inspect the pitch and surrounding areas before commencing play and to promptly report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the onsite facilitator or LFN. If you continue playing after noticing a hazard or choose not to report it, you do so at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any resulting injury or damage. You accept that LFN is not liable for injuries or damages arising from wear and tear of the playing surface or conditions beyond LFN's direct control.

K) You acknowledge that pitch conditions can vary due to weather, previous use, and third-party maintenance. By commencing play following your inspection under Clause J, you agree that the playing surface is of a satisfactory standard for the activity. You accept that any injury occurring in the absence of a clearly identifiable and pre-reported hazard shall be deemed an inherent risk of the sport or a result of individual physical factors. LFN shall not be held liable for injuries arising from the natural playability of the surface or conditions that were discoverable upon reasonable visual inspection prior to the match.

L) LFN activities may take place in public parks, which are uncontrolled environments. Participants acknowledge that hazards such as uneven surfaces, animals, or third-party actions may arise. LFN is not liable for injuries resulting from these uncontrollable factors, except where such injury is caused by negligence in venue selection, supervision, or facilitation by LFN

M) We encourage participants to resolve any disputes with London Football Network Ltd (LFN) directly and in good faith. If you have a complaint, please submit it in writing, and it will be acknowledged and investigated by the committee within 21 days. Before escalating the matter further, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation with a mutually agreed-upon independent mediator.
While we hope disputes can be resolved through this process, nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising your statutory rights, including any rights to participate in collective or representative actions where permitted by law. In certain circumstances,

N) You acknowledge that LFN is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by venue facilities, which are maintained by third-party providers.

O) Fees are non refundable once LFN commits to venue hire and administration. However, if LFN cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or credit.

P) London Football Network Ltd reserves the right to cancel any LFN membership or LFN league registration due to lack of activity or misconduct. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

Q) Players joining the 11 aside understand that the registration fee covers finding and placing them into a football team and administrative fees for FA and league registration. The fee is non-refundable after finding a team and completing FA registration.

R) LFN strongly recommends that players maintain their own personal accident insurance to provide financial protection for injuries sustained during play; LFN is not liable for accidents occurring as a natural part of the sport

S) Where LFN acts as an agency or portal to facilitate your placement into a third-party club, you agree that LFN’s role is limited to the introduction and administrative facilitation of such placement; upon your selection or registration with the receiving club, all fees paid to LFN for this service become non refundable as "placement fees," effectively releasing LFN from any further claims or obligations.

T) By participating, you consent to LFN capturing and using your image in photos or videos for promotional purposes. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us in writing, after which we will cease using your image in future marketing materials. LFN holds the copyright to all official footage but is not responsible for media captured or shared independently by other participants or third parties.

U) We process your personal data, including IP addresses, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. This data may be shared with payment processors (e.g., PayPal) to facilitate transactions and with law enforcement or regulatory bodies only where required by law or necessary to prevent and detect fraudulent activity.

V) Participants acknowledge that LFN utilises portable, lightweight goalposts (e.g., Samba or PVC/mesh units). These units are designed to absorb impact and shift upon collision to prevent the serious injuries associated with fixed steel structures; consequently, they are not permanently anchored to the ground. Strict Prohibitions: Hanging from, swinging on, or climbing goalposts is strictly prohibited and is deemed reckless behavior. Assumption of Risk: Participants accept that collisions with or the movement/dismantling of portable goals during play are inherent risks of the sport. By participating, you confirm you have visually inspected the goalposts and are satisfied with their stability for the duration of the session. Liability Limitation: LFN shall not be liable for injuries arising from participant collisions, loss of control, or equipment misuse. Nothing in this clause seeks to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by LFN’s proven negligence as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

W) By booking with LFN, you agree to pay the total booking fee as displayed at checkout, which includes all administrative costs and transaction overheads. Additionally, you agree to reimburse LFN for any individual fines levied against the club by the FA or league resulting directly from your personal conduct (e.g., red cards or disciplinary sanctions)

X) We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services or participate in events after these changes are published, you accept and agree to the updated terms.

Y) Each participant acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of their personal property, including but not limited to mobile phones, wallets, money, jewellery, clothing, and electronic devices (collectively, "Valuables"), brought onto or within the vicinity of any premises or facilities used for or in connection with any football activities organised, facilitated, or hosted by The London Football Network Ltd ("LFN"). To the maximum extent permitted by law, LFN, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of any Valuables belonging to any participant, regardless of the cause and whether such loss, theft, damage, or destruction occurs before, during, or after any LFN-related activity. Participants are strongly advised not to bring valuable items to LFN events and understand that LFN provides no secure storage facilities for such items. By participating in any LFN activity, each participant explicitly assumes all risks associated with the presence of their Valuables and hereby waives any and all claims against LFN for any loss or damage to their personal property.

Z) You agree to reimburse LFN for any documented and reasonable losses, legal claims, or damages caused to LFN by your intentional misconduct, recklessness, or material breach of these terms.Participants acknowledge that fraudulent or exaggerated claims cause LFN significant harm. Any claim found by a court or mediator to be materially misrepresented, dishonest, or "vexatious" shall constitute a material breach of these terms. In such cases, the Participant agrees to indemnify LFN for all legal fees, expert costs, and administrative expenses incurred in its defense. LFN reserves the right to report dishonest claimants to the FA and impose a permanent ban from all activities. This clause does not restrict your right to bring a legitimate, good-faith claim for negligence, but serves to protect the community from litigation abuse.

Breaches of these terms of use:

If you breach these terms of use or if we reasonably suspect a breach, we may:
(a) Send formal warnings
(b) Temporarily suspend your access to London Football Network Ltd events
(c) Ban you altogether from all or any event

We may revise these terms of use from time to time. Revised terms will apply from the date of publication on our website. Please check regularly for the current version.

Entire Agreement

These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and London Football Network Ltd regarding attendance at London Football Network Ltd organised football events, superseding all previous agreements.
